Accepted Answer

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 meters per color and width for standard products. For die-cut pieces, MOQ is 5,000 pieces. Sample orders are accepted for evaluation purposes.

Do Xinwei hook and loop products meet Velcro® brand specifications?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our hook density (≥320 hooks/cm²), loop pile height (1.8±0.2mm), peel strength (≥3.5 N/cm) and shear strength (≥5.0 N/cm²) match or exceed Velcro® brand specifications. Full test reports are available upon request.

What adhesive standard do your self-adhesive hook and loop products meet?

Accepted Answer

Our self-adhesive products use pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) benchmarked against 3M® performance standards, with initial tack ≥4.0 N/cm, peel adhesion ≥3.5 N/cm and shear resistance ≥6.0 N/cm².

Sample development takes 7–10 business days. Mass production lead time is 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and customization complexity. Stock items ship within 3 business days.
